PO YUEN CHAN
It is with sadness the family announces the passing of Po Yuen Chan, age 87, on February 22, 2026.
Born in Hoiping, China, he immigrated to Winnipeg in 1970 and worked as a chef at the Shanghai restaurant.
He is survived by his wife Yin Yin; son Allan (Stephanie); and grandson Brayden.
Cremation has taken place. Private family interment at Brookside Cemetary.
